Poppyseed Dressing

  • 14 cup light vinegar (white wine, apple cider, sherry, etc.)
  • 14 cup honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1-2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 tsp. Dijon or whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 12 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. poppyseeds
  • 12 cup light oil (olive, canola, grapeseed, etc.)
Combine all dressing ingredients except poppyseeds and oil in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. With motor running, slowly pour in oil until completely incorporated.

Whisk in poppyseeds.
